The gentleman standing near the latrine is called Mr Kabwa Patrick. He is the head of witchcraft practice in the whole village. For a period of 5 years his family never had a proper latrine. When we entered this community we encouraged, taught the importance of a proper latrine, shower area, dish rack, kitchen area, hand washing facilities concerning good sanitation and hygiene. He understood the lessons so well and decided to construct good facilities for his home. That’s a new latrine which has just been completed. Him and his wife are so happy to have such wonderful latrine in their home. They all appreciated the work kibo is doing to help them develop through good sanitation.
