This gentleman is called Paya Charles a resident in kalitumba village. He completed his latrine and even painted it. He thanks the program of water sanitation and hygiene program for teaching them the importance of sanitation and hygiene. His wife was so happy because they have a good latrine, before they used to practice open defection.
