The meeting began with prayer and the Lc1 thanked the members for turning up for the meeting. The leader of development committee reminded those that have not yet paid in money for the groundnuts to do it so that, they can be able to get all the kgs they want for their garden. He also said they have not been able to plant because the oxen have not yet ploughed for the second time. He said that the second ploughing will be done on 13/3/ 2018 and they will plant the following day.
The chairperson of the group Miss Margret Nabirye said that the group have the registration certificate from their sub -county Nsinze. she thanked members for the contribution they did towards the achievement of the registration. She later led them to their garden.
Alex B reminded them about the lateness of the season for planting. He asked the members responsible for ploughing to do it so that they can all plant .He also asked them to pay in the money for groundnuts and also for spraying so as to realize a good harvest.Alex B told them always to turn up when they agree to do something like when called upon for meetings and also as they have started a garden project. He asked them to work as a team in their garden for the good of their group and community. He also reminded them to plant crops like food and cash crops for their families and that since the rain season has started, to be clean in their homes to avoid diseases that make them not to be productive in their families.
