Notes
Abraham, Joshua and Tyson met thirty five Kishaike community members, they moved around to check some Mvule trees and they are doing well and many are digging pit latrines. The bore hole that Kibo repaired is working well and since Abraham started working in this community there is no day he found the bore hole not working which means they are working together if it breaks down. They met and discussed about growing rice because some members wanted the group to grow rice so that they can raise the money to buy plastic chairs.
Abraham asked them about how big will be the land, one acre or two, the labour of digging, weeding and storing.
They discussed and came to conclusion of growing an acre of rice and they said they are going to divide up the labour of weeding among the members and also during harvesting they will be doing the same. One of the members called Mukama said since he is doing the business of buying rice and selling he will provide a space in his store to keep the rice of the group. They will be hiring an acre of land at one hundred thousand shillings and they said they want to hire for two seasons because the first season may not be good and the second may be good. Each member is going to contribute four thousand shillings to be able hire the land
